Here is beautiful Bridgitte of Giddy YoYo (you can see a glimpse of Mark, her co-conspirator, deep in conversation in the background in our left) and sprout fame.
I first met Mark and Bridgitte at an event they organized in Barrie featuring Brian Clement, the raw food guru from Florida. At that time I found out that they delivered wheatgrass, sunflower sprouts and other super goodies right to your door and immediately signed up!
This gorgeous couple have grown their business quite a bit since then, with a focus on their amazing Giddy YoYo chocolate (although if you live in the GTA - Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada for those who are wondering what I am talking about - as I mentioned previously, they also deliver the best sprouts and other superfoods/supplements right to your door) and they can be found at pretty much every health event and trade show. Next up for them is the Toronto Raw Vegan Festival December 3-4, 2011. This event has free admission, so check it out if you can!
